Dear Zoe,
I am not actually living in Paris.
I live in Lyon, but you are probably not knowing it.
The dogs in france are like every where else.People are always thinking that in france we walk around with poodles and are always buying long breads.

This is not true.
I am hoping you are not minding that I keep writing but it is really helping my english.
Do you have any pets?
I have been to america a few times before. It is very nice,
abientot,
Marie-sophie

Dear Marie-Sophie,

I love that you keep writing - you're helping me with my French. I do have a pet. Believe it or not, I have a standard poodle, a big creamy white one. Best dog in the world, his name is Ryder and his favorite toy is a stuffed rat named "Ratty." And my favorite bread is long bread, especially if it is fresh and covered with cheese. Goes very well with chocolate...

I have never been to France, but I dream of it!

Here in the northeast part of North America, we have tons of snow and today it is FREEZING cold. Even the poodles are staying outside! (Especially the poodles, actually.)

Happy New Year!

Hugs and poodles,
Zoe

Dear zoe,
I am just wanted to tell you somthing that might make you feel better about being short.
In france everyone is short.
If you are a bit tall people mistake you as an adult.
You should move to france and then you will fit in very well.
avoir,
Marie-sophie

Marie-Sophie...
Ah, c'est magnifique! J'aime beaucoup visiter Paris!! Aussi, vous avez des beaux chiens, non?

Seriously, this is some major news for me. To be thought of as normal...I don't even dare to imagine it. Though, I'm going to share a secret with you (don't tell anyone), I've always thought part of my power lies in my puniness. You know, like when you whisper, people lean closer to try real hard to hear you? When people get advice from someone who barely comes up to their knees, they're too freaked out not to listen. (Who wants to risk getting their knees scratched up?)

Hugs and candy canes,
Zoe Monday, who is suddenly huge in France.

Dear Zoe,
It's me, Sabrina again!! Just to make you feel better about your balloonaphobia, I have 2 things to say.
1. Just letting you know, I'm scared of clothing irons.
2. My principal is also scared of balloons so we don't get balloons at dances.
I wonder if they happen to have BA (balloon anonymus) or CLA
(clothing iron anonymus).(These are things that I think of in math class.
Another thing I thought of in Mathe class is, If santa has a daughter, is her name Santina? Or even Santelle? And what's Mrs.Clause's real name?????
Sometimes it's so hard to get good answers around here! ;)
Sabrina

Dear Sabrina,
All of this makes me wonder if you do your math-thinking in English class. If I had the time, I would start Balloons Anonymous and develop an invisible 12-step program for sufferers. But I'd have to give up all my clients.

Santorini?

Hugs, Zoe

Dear Zoe Lama,
You are simply the greatest!
I just had one quick question.
Where does your story take place?
Where is ALLENCROFT middle school?
Alexis

Hey Alexis,
Where Allencroft Middle School is located is one of the best kept secrets of the world. I cannot divulge exactly where it is because my client load would pretty much explode. But I can say this. It's in North America, in an area that gets a whole whack of snow every winter. We're in a big enough city that Susannah could land an agent, and a crazy enough city to breed a specimen like Smartin...

Hugs and Chipits,
Zozers
